There is a two night minimum required for holiday weekends. A deposit (equal to a night's accommodations) is required to hold your reservation. For retreats, etc. a 50% deposit will be required. We accept personal checks and Visa/MasterCard.

Check in is 4:00pm and check out is 11:00am.

Brookside is a smoke-free environment (smoking is permitted on the porch) & we do not allow pets. There is a young, resident cocker spaniel, Sadie, at Brookside Inn.

Rates:

$110 to $125 per night double occupancy; holidays require a two night minimum. For children under 10 sharing their parent’s room - $20 per night per child. A full breakfast is included in the rate quoted. Dinner is available only with advance reservation for parties of six or more. Please call for dinner rates. Weekly rates are available.

Cancellation Policy:

Your deposit (less a $15.00 processing fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to your date of arrival. For late cancellations made less than 14 days and prior to 48 hours of the date of your arrival, your deposit will be credited to your next visit (to be used within 6 months). We regret that cancellations made within 48 hours of the date of arrival will require forfeiture of your deposit.
